All document/information requests related to closings must be processed through CondoCerts at clarksimsonmiller.condocerts.com/resale. Using this link, interested parties may request Resale Certificates, Condo Questionnaires, Governing Documents, etc. In order to submit a request, the requestor will need to create an account. If there are any questions regarding this procedure, interested parties may reach out to CSM’s Closings Department at closings@csmhoa.com for assistance. Please be advised that document/information requests submitted via email to closings@ are not considered valid requests, and such requests will only be fulfilled when submitted through the CondoCerts portal. 

Rebecca Creek utilizes Vine through CSM to allow owners to view their accounts online at any time. Owners may access Vine at https://app.csmhoa.com/login. If you would like to create a Vine account to access your owner information online, please visit https://app.csmhoa.com/register to create an account. In order to connect your account to your property, you will need to enter a unique three word phrase which you should have received in your CSM Welcome Kit. If you do not know your unique three word phrase, please feel free to reach out to phrase@csmhoa.com to confirm it! In your Vine portal, you will be able to access your account statement, community announcements, your association’s governing documents, and more!
